Curtin Growth Fundamentals
The Curtin Growth Fundamentals Program is a short course designed for proprietors, their partners and key staff of small businesses who are ready for the first step to develop the skills and take the time to plan and work on their business rather than in their business. The Fundamentals Program is designed specifically in response to the needs of the proprietors (and key staff) who are seeking to increase their skills and become more competent managers. The program focuses on business performance and leads to a better understanding of your business and ways to become more effective, secure and profitable.
Structure of Program
Curtin Growth Fundamentals consists of 6 one-day workshops run over 12 weeks. Whilst it is difficult to get away from the daily operations of a busy business, feedback from graduates has been that taking this time away is paramount to your companies’ future growth and success. Group sizes are about 20 participants to ensure interaction and maximum learning opportunities.
