About the project

The research is an ambitious long-term project to partner with many stakeholders in the small business community in Western Australia, to create a range of best practice indicators and industry norms that business owners can use to help them start or grow a more successful business. These indicators will cover areas such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, strategy, community and environment to name a few.
