Semantic Analysis and Text Mining for Business and Education

Today's business and educational environments experience rapid and turbulent change and they are constantly faced with developing new ways of extracting meaning from data.

This involves analysing large amounts of textual information. There is an immediate need for intelligent systems that help draw meaning from data, and more specifically, for a system that distils meaning concisely and that effectively navigates through large amounts of text.

This Area of Research Focus (AoRF) devises innovative means for deriving meaning from text, numerals, or in the future, objects of other types such as picture/visual, sound/audio, and more (touch/haptic-somatic, smell/olfactory, etc).

Semantic analysis is followed by interpretation and visualisation methods to promote successful and innovative presentation of the latent meaning which has been discovered by our methods, techniques, and devices.
