Thirteenth conference on Labour, Employment and Work (LEW) in partnership with the 2008 Australian Labour Market Research Workshop (ALMRW)

Wellington, December 11-12th 2008

The thirteenth in the series of biennial Labour, Employment and Work conferences will be hosted by Victoria University of Wellington’s School of Geography, Environment and Earth Sciences and the Industrial Relations Centre in Wellington.

This year we are pleased to announce that the Australian Labour Market Research Workshop will join with us in a joint conference.

LEW and ALMR will run parallel streams in order to maintain their own criteria for the acceptance of papers. You may submit to either stream. However this year, because of the potentially crowded program we are limiting presentations to one per person across the joint conference (although participants may co-author more than one collaborative paper). Registration is for the joint conference and participants may attend papers in any session in addition to plenaries.

Call for papers

Papers are invited from academics in all relevant disciplines, researchers in public or private organisations, or individuals. The contribution of graduate students is strongly encouraged.
