Applied Law Research Group

The Applied Law Research Group provides a focus within the School of Business Law and Taxation for the significant research and development activities and to promote awareness of the School's activities and capabilities.

The members' research interests cover a number of business, taxation and associated legal areas.

The School considers itself to be well placed to undertake interdisciplinary research, with the active researchers in the School having expertise in a wide range of legal and taxation subjects. These subjects are relevant to other Schools both within Curtin Business School and other Divisions in the University.

An additional benefit flowing from an increased research profile is the ability to attract graduate students either wishing to research or learn at a high level.
