The School of Business Law Working Paper Series has been operating since 1994 and isproduced by academics, scholars and visitors who have a connection with the School of Business Law at Curtin University of Technology.
Working papers are made available by the authors as means of contributing to knowledge about taxation or legal issues and are often not reviewed.
As works-in-progress, authors to this series welcome constructive feedback.Many of the authors use these papers as a foundation for further publication under a referred process.Alternatively, some of the authors have made them available on the public record, as their size or focus makes them unsuitable for traditional or mainstream publications.
