Australasian Tax Teachers Association are a non-profit organisation, established in 1987, with the goal of improving the standard of tax teaching in educational institutions across Australasia.
Members include tax academics, writers and administrators from Australia and New Zealand.
The Association holds an annual conference at which members and invited speakers present papers on topical tax issues including policy, administration, legislation and recent cases.

The Corporate Law Teachers Association (CLTA) was formed in 1994, and represents corporate law scholars in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region. The goals of the CLTA include:
- Advancing corporate law teaching, research and scholarship
- Promoting cooperation and exchange of ideas between corporate law scholars in the region
- Promoting active cooperation between corporate law teachers and universities
- Promoting cooperation with professional legal associations and law reform agencies
- Hosting an annual conference to highlight current developments in corporate law scholarship.

The Australasian Law Teachers Association (ALTA) is a professional body which represents the interests of law teachers in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands.
To promote excellence in legal academic teaching and research with particular emphasis on early career academics, throughout Australasia, in the areas of:
- Legal research and scholarship
- Curriculum advancement of pedagogical improvements in view of national and international developments, including law reform
- Government policies and practices that relate to legal education and research
- Professional development opportunities for legal academics
- Professional legal education and practices programs.
